Also included in this new document release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and contains a key detailing different areas of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, including plans for boat shelters.
Additional documentation made public as part of the ongoing congressional process.
